We sell prepaid credit, not a monthly plan. There is nothing recurring and nothing to cancel — which is also why we have far fewer billing complaints than the platforms that do.
Credit that never expires
Top up $50, come back in a year, and it's still $50. We don't run expiry timers on money you've already given us.
Refund on your first paid reading
If it wasn't right, email us within 72 hours and the minutes go back on your balance. No form, no explanation required.
Every advisor is vetted before they read
A live test reading with our team, two references, verified ID and a signed conduct agreement. We remove advisors whose rating falls below 4.2.
